Journal #4

There are 7 basic elements of good design: Line, Shape, Form, Color, Value and Space. For this week’s journal #4, google examples of SHAPE AS AN ELEMENT OF ART, and upload a picture of shape examples to your Journal #4 describing how different types of shapes are used in art.

Shape is an important element of art because they add atmosphere. There are many shapes, such as square, cube, triangle, circle, and sphere. Many shapes are basic, however my personal favorites are organic shapes. Organic shapes are pretty much any shape you can think of.
